Facing record inflation, the government expects you to take a real wage cut when you need a raise the most. In these difficult times, we all deserve fair wages.

Building a more diverse public service should be a top priority for this government. But they’ve refused our calls for mandatory training on anti-racism, discrimination and harassment for all federal workers and managers.

Remote work has become a part of everyday life in our workplaces. Now it’s time to look to the future by enshrining remote work and the right to disconnect in our collective agreements.

When public money goes into private pockets, Canadians lose out with higher costs, more risk, and reduced quality of services. We need to end contracting out and fight for good, secure public service jobs.
